Lalbagh Flower Show - Orchids - 1

At flower show in Lalbagh Gardens at Bangalore on August 2010 there were exclusive collection of Orchids on display. The colors were amazing. Below are some of the orchids on display

There were stalls selling the Orchids plants outside the flower show. The price ranged from Rupees 600 to 1200 depending on the variety.

    Those orchids are fabulous Rajesh! Beautiful shots. They are such elegant flowers, each with a personality of its own. Thanks for sharing -- they are a greenhouse flower here for only very very dedicated growers (and no-where near the variety you have0>

    Orchids are such amazing and elegant flowers, in their huge variety of colors and types. I remember, in Singapore, being overwhelmed by their incredible displays. Even in San Francisco, at Sloat Garden Center, I had my trusty camera out, photographing dozens of them.
