Ambaji is an important temple town in the state of Gujarat. It is a historical town with and mythological connections that has lot of cultural heritage.

We reached this historical town from Patan via Modhera on the way.
We left Modhera in the afternoon to reach Ambaji in the evening.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I have yet to visit Gujurat but, since I'm afraid this upcoming trip ( May 6th ) may be my last India trip, I hope to get there during that five months.
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful! Loved the carvings in the sandstone pillars. The Gujarat style of architecture is awesome! The Gateway of India in Bombay is constructed in the same style.
