What a magnificent Gate to the city and such wonderful architecture,
ReplyDeletei would dearly love th visit your lovely country but I'm afraid it's not possible now.
We just confine ourselves to holidays in the UK.
Travel insurance would cost almost as much as the holiday for older travellers and with particular health issues.
I shall just carry on reading about all the interesting places i would like to travel to on ABCW.
Best wishes,
Di,
ABCW team.

ReplyDeleteSomething about that arch really appeals to me

Such a beautiful city - I prefer the old part - malls don't appeal to me!
ReplyDeleteI presume the magnificent archway was one of the original entrance gates into the city.
The Mughal architecture is so stunning. The Mughals are my favourite period in Indian history.
