They have been provides lot of space to move around. There are around 2 to 3 of them moving all over the space.
This is a nice place for the kids to get know about the various animals in the wild. The trip through the zoo consumes more than half a day.
Beautiful creature .I miss Giraffe in Guwahati Zoo ,we had two but they died one after another in a period of six months.

ReplyDeleteI really like zoos that give some space to the animals. When I was a child, the zoos had all the animals in small cages and it was a sad thing to see.

There are a couple of giraffes at Silver Springs Park in Ocala. You are allowed to feed them, but they are known to spit on people at times! I always keep my distance! :-)
