  3. I have enjoyed looking at your photos. The deer with the long, curvy horns looked amazing, then I realized it was part of a tree limb that I thought was a horn! I am visiting from Mosaic Monday and am a new follower of your blog. I am looking forward to coming back and enjoying more of your India. Please stop by Still Woods Farmhouse when you have the opportunity. I would love for you to follow my little blog! Have a wonderful week.

  7. Lots of variety! We see a lot of deer and, in fact, hunting licenses go on the block today. People must sign up to get them and there are a limited number who will. I suppose that it is best for the herds, but it always makes me a little sad.

  14. The ones with the swirly horns look like they belong in a fairy tale - are they the sambar? We have only mule deer here at altitude - they have big ears.
