Usgalimal Rock Engravings

The prehistoric site Usgalimal in South Goa is knwn for rock engravings.These engravings spread over an area of 500 sqm belong to the Upper Paleolithic or Mesolithic eras. There are more than 100 distinct drawings carved on laterite stones.

Deepak, all this drawings are on the ground. You can walk all round them. This is on the river bed.
