Above is the top part of front portion of the Chhatri, while below is the bottom portion of the same.
The interiors are beautifully carved and painted. The bright interiors is a nice contrast to wonderful carvings on the exterior.
Here in the above one can see the beautifully carved arches and the painting on them. Below is a closer look at the painted carvings on the arches. Most of the decorations are flower patterns.

Nice One ....this place is just behind my house and its been a long time since visited this place..Opposite to this place you will find a bungalow where most of the Bollywood film shooting took place like Ram Lakhan, Majorsaheb, Nagina etc...

I love those painted ceilings and arches, so stunning. It often makes me wonder how the painter or artist had to be not afraid of heights and stand in very strange positions to paint a ceiling.;)
